An initial 300-hectare phase

The business plan projects XOF 20.90 billion of initial investment, with XOF 12.54 billion sought from funding partners for greenhouses, irrigation and processing.

Execution-led expansion

Planning tables show growth from 300 to 2,500 hectares over five years, targeting 17,500 tonnes of dried peppers annually at maturity. These are conditional projections, not guaranteed outcomes.

Evidence and risk review

Land documentation, studies, equipment quotes, the financial model and commercial documents are reviewed confidentially. Price, yields, water, construction timing, quality and customer concentration are key monitoring areas.
