Communities & impact

Working with communities

Land development should be supported by dialogue on land use, water resources and local benefits. Kapsine seeks long-term relationships with host communities.

Skills for young people and women

Greenhouse farming, irrigation maintenance, quality control, sorting and logistics create training pathways. Women are expected to play an important role in harvest and processing.

A contribution to Senegal’s economy

The ambition is to become a leading West African pepper exporter while developing local value addition. Jobs, trained workers, productive hectares, water use and processed volumes will be tracked against objectives.
