Greenhouse farming, irrigation maintenance, quality control, sorting and logistics create training pathways. Women are expected to play an important role in harvest and processing.
The ambition is to become a leading West African pepper exporter while developing local value addition. Jobs, trained workers, productive hectares, water use and processed volumes will be tracked against objectives.
